Are you insured and bonded?

Yes. We are fully insured and bonded for your peace of mind. Your pets and your home are protected while in our care.


Are you a professional business or an independent sitter?

We are a licensed, professional pet care company — not a hobby sitter. We use professional scheduling software, GPS tracking, visit reports, and evidence-based handling techniques to ensure consistent, reliable care.


Do you offer services year-round?

Yes. We provide services year-round, including holidays, weather permitting. Holiday rates may apply.

Dog Walking Questions

What makes your dog walks different?

Our walks are training-informed, not just exercise. Every walk includes:

  • Polite leash manners
  • Reinforcement of basic cues
  • Calm handling and structured movement


We focus on creating well-mannered dogs one walk at a time, using fear-free, reward-based methods.


Are walks GPS tracked?

Yes. All dog walks are GPS tracked from start to finish. You’ll receive a detailed visit report with timing, notes, and photos after every walk.


Do you walk dogs in all weather?

We walk in most weather conditions, prioritizing safety. In extreme heat, cold, storms, or unsafe conditions, walks may be shortened or modified for your dog’s wellbeing.

Pet Sitting & In-Home Care

Do you stay overnight?

We offer structured evening and morning care packages rather than traditional overnight stays. This allows us to provide consistent, attentive care while maintaining professional scheduling standards.


Do you charge extra for multiple pets?

No. We do not charge per-pet fees for pets living in the same household, unless care needs are significantly different or time requirements increase.


Will my pet see the same caregiver?

Yes whenever possible. Consistency matters, and we prioritize assigning the same caregiver to your home.

Scheduling & Service Area

What areas do you service?

We currently serve Hanover and surrounding areas in PA, and Hampstead and surrounding areas in MD. Availability may vary by location.



How do I schedule services?

All scheduling, payments, and communication are handled through our secure client portal. This allows you to request visits, receive reports, and manage your account easily.


Is there a minimum service requirement?

Some services may require a recurring schedule. This helps us maintain consistency for your pet and reliability for our team.


Do you guarantee exact visit times?

We schedule within time windows and aim to arrive as close to requested times as possible. Exact times cannot be guaranteed due to traffic, weather, and emergency care needs.



Safety & Care Standards

Are you fear-free or force-free?

Yes. We use fear-free, force-free, evidence-based handling techniques. Your pet’s emotional and physical wellbeing always comes first.


Do you administer medication?

We can administer basic medications with clear instructions. Complex medical needs may require approval prior to service.


What if there’s an emergency?

In the event of an emergency, we will contact you immediately and follow your emergency care instructions. If needed, we will transport your pet to your designated veterinarian.

New Clients

Do you require a meet and greet?

Yes. A meet and greet is required before services begin. This allows us to learn your pet’s routine, preferences, and safety needs.


How do I get started?

You can start by submitting a service inquiry through our website. We’ll guide you through account setup and next steps.

Pricing & Policies (Please Read First)

Do I have to complete paperwork before services begin?

Yes. All clients are required to complete a Service Agreement, Company Policies, and a Veterinary Release Form before services begin. This ensures everyone’s safety and allows us to act quickly in an emergency.


When is payment due?

Payment is due at or before the start of services, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. All invoices and payments are handled through our secure client portal.


What is your cancellation policy?

We understand plans change.


  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours’ notice:
    • $25 cancellation fee for dog walks
    • $50 cancellation fee for vacation care


  • Holiday bookings:
    • Cancellations within 7 days of a holiday are charged 50% of scheduled visits

Do you charge per pet?

No. We do not charge per-pet fees for pets living in the same household unless care requirements significantly increase visit time.


What happens during bad weather or emergencies?

Your pet’s safety comes first. During severe weather, emergencies, or natural disasters:

  • Visits may be modified, delayed, or rescheduled
  • We use professional judgment to ensure safe care
  • If we cannot safely reach your home, emergency contacts may be utilized


What if you need to purchase supplies while I’m away?

If necessary supplies (food, litter, cleaning products, etc.) are needed, we are authorized to purchase them on your behalf. Receipts are provided, and reimbursement is required. A small trip fee may apply.
