As a lifelong animal lover, Abigail brings over 25 years of experience in pet care and 10 years of experience in customer service to her role as business owner and team leader. Though she began her career in child care, her true passion has always been animals. She considers it a joy and privilege to care for each pet, treating every visit as a chance to build trust and connection. When she's not leading her team of pet professionals or loving on the animals in her care, Abigail enjoys exploring national parks, relaxing in hammocks, or learning about science. Her own family includes three dogs, six cats, two red-eared sliders, and a flock of chickens- proof that her love for animals doesn't clock out at the end of the workday.

She loves spending time with her family, exploring new recipes and restaurants, and getting lost in a good book. With 40 years of pet ownership and 25 years of customer service, Cerissa brings a lifetime of care and dedication to our team. She loves spending time with her family, exploring new recipes and restaurants, and getting lost in a good book. Dogs and cats hold a special place in her heart, and she loves the way her hometown rallies behind small businesses. She has lived many chapters in this life already, but one thing that's never changed is her love for animals. From childhood, to theater, to hair, to wellness, and parenthood (and lots of little things in between) she always had at least one furry companion to help her through it all. Her family currently has 2 dogs and 3 cats, and a whole lot of fish! It keeps them busy, but they wouldn't have it any other way!
