With 40 years of pet ownership and 25 years of customer service, Cerissa brings a lifetime of care and dedication to our team. She loves spending time with her family, exploring new recipes and restaurants, and getting lost in a good book. Dogs and cats hold a special place in her heart, and she loves the way her hometown rallies behind

She loves spending time with her family, exploring new recipes and restaurants, and getting lost in a good book. Dogs and cats hold a special place in her heart, and she loves the way her hometown rallies behind small businesses. She has lived many chapters in this life already, but one thing that's never changed is her love for animals. From childhood, to theater, to hair, to wellness, and parenthood (and lots of little things in between) she always had at least one furry companion to help her through it all. Her family currently has 2 dogs and 3 cats, and a whole lot of fish! It keeps them busy, but they wouldn't have it any other way!

While she adores all pets, dogs hold a special place in her heart. Outside of work, she enjoys horseback riding, spending time with family, and crafting bows for horses! As a devoted mom to a 4-year-old boy and the proud owner of two horses, two dogs, and a cat, she truly understands the bond between pets and their families. Living in a quiet, scenic town, she appreciates the beauty of nature and the peaceful lifestyle it offers. When she's caring for your pets, Melissa is committed to making every pet feel loved and every owner feel at ease!
